To purchase our products you need to be at least 16 years old, have a credit or debit card that we accept (all card providers we accept are highlighted at the bottom of our website)
Please check we accept the card you wish to use before attempting to make a purchase.
You must be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).
IMPORTANT INFO, some of our products may not be suitable for under 18s, and are clearly When you place an order, you should receive an e-mail confirming and acknowledging receipt of your order.
We will only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms)

PRODUCTS PRICES AND DESCRIPTIONS
We are only human here at Bigboolies.com Lydia and we endeavour to correctly display accurate descriptions and prices for all our products, and sometimes uninterntionally, mistakes can be made.
If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will do our very best to inform you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or the option to cancel if you so wish.
If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
On our website ordering system, when you reach our final checkout pages it is here where the shipping options will be stated. Our standard delivery terms are 7-10 working day turnaround on plain unbranded items, customised or personalised items may take longer but you will advised of an expected date of delivery when you order.
We carry limited stock on all items and if an item is out of stock it will be clearly stated on the website as ‘out of stock’ until our stock levels are available to purchase once more and then ‘in stock’ will be highlighted.
Delivery and turnaround time will depend on stock levels and will also depend on the delivery address. Other addresses outside of UK mainland may experience delays due to third party issues
of which may be out of our control, Bad weather, postal/courier/carrier or logistics delays. We will do our very best to keep you updated as much as we can if this is the case.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEMS(S) OR REQUEST A REFUND.
Garments can be returned within 14 days from when it is delivered for a full refund. (We strongly recommend that you have proof of postage for any returns sent back to us). Returns will only be accepted in unused, clean, unworn condition with original labels attached and in original packaging.
If you return an item after the initial 14 days from delivery (total 28 days from date of order), although we don’t have to give you a refund, we may instead, and at our discretion, give you a gift voucher or credit note for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.
We understand you will want to try it on…..but please don’t wear it if you intend to return it, because if an item is returned to us worn, washed or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund (or discretionary gift voucher/Credit note) and we may have to send it back to you (and ask that you to cover the delivery and although we carry limited stock of certain garments, most of our items are made specifically to order fulfilment. We provide a size guide on our website so please use this carefully when choosing your size to order. Some of our items cannot be returned for a size exchange and are marked clearly online.

We do on occasion give you the chance to benefit from our Promo Code offers, where these codes can be used to reduce the price of specified products.

More information on our Promo Codes and the rules on how to use them can be emailed to you on request – but here are some important things to remember:
Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued. For example what products it may be used against, if it has single/multiple use, and when and how long it can be used for, and if it does in fact hold an expiry date.
Unless we state otherwise, none of our promo codes can be used to purchase Gift Vouchers, The same applies to credit notes, which also cannot be used to purchase
If we believe there has or is misuse of a Promo Code issued by us in any way for example selling it or sharing it with others, We reserve the right to cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you.
This is something we do not like to put into effect, but if a Promo Code can’t run correctly because someone or something is jeopardising it for everyone – e.g. fraud, hacking, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code – we can, and will cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code.
Gift vouchers are currently unavailable, they are planned, and we will be looking into rectifying this in the not too distant future.

Doing any of these things may be a criminal offence, but they also interrupt us giving our customers the best service, so we deal with this very seriously.
